Refund policy

What items can I return?

• Items must be in original condition
• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Items purchased exclusively from MANIcure

How do I return?

• Please email info@mani-cure.co.nz within 14 days of receipt of your shipment and we will provide a return authorisation for your order.
• Items must be returned in a secure courier bag. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and holding on to the receipt until the goods have been signed for as we will not be liable for any undelivered returns.

How soon will I get my refund?

• Once your order is received and inspected your refund will be processed through our system and any credits will normally be received within 1-3 working days.
• Replacements will be processed through our system and where possible will be dispatched on the same day.

What items are non-refundable?

• Any free gift with purchase or promotional items
• Any items not in their original condition
• Any used items
• Any items not in their original packaging
• Any items not purchased from MANIcure
