How long should my Gel Polish last?
Gel polish is designed for 14 day wear. Anything after that is a bonus! Clients should schedule a removal and reapplication service within 2-4 weeks.
How do I book an appointment?
MANIcure is not currently taking any new clients, however if you are an existing client or have a gift voucher to use please contact us here or via Facebook and Instagram.
How do I remove my Gel Polish?
Do not remove your gel polish unless you have been shown how to do so safely and correctly. You should never pick or peel polish off your nails as this will damage the nail plate. Add a $5 removal service at your next MANIcure appointment.
Why should I use Cuticle Oil?
Your nails can grow long and strong but a manicure is only half the work. Using cuticle oil is recommended daily. This will moisturise the area around your nails which will help to protect and improve the health and appearance of your nails. It will also add a lasting shine to your manicure. Try adding cuticle oil to your nighttime routine or keep a bottle on your desk at work as a reminder to apply.
How do I prevent my Gel Polish from chipping?
The first 24hrs after application the polish is at it’s weakest, so hot showers or baths, swimming and spa pools are not recommended. It is also not recommended you use your beautiful nails to pick or scratch at anything. Try using the correct tools or equipment for the job. Wear gloves to protect your hands and nails while cleaning and gardening.
My nails always break and are weak/brittle, what nail service do you recommend?
A Gel Polish MANIcure with Build Gel is our most popular MANIcure service and is a must for those with long nails or a desire to grow their natural nails, as well as those with weak or brittle nails. Build Gel is applied to the natural nails for added strength and durability.
Where is MANIcure located?
MANIcure is a home-based salon situated in the semi-rural setting of Galeo Estate. A short 10 minute trip from Richmond CBD.
Do you offer free local delivery?
Free local delivery is available on all orders within a 30km radius.
Do you offer pick up?
Pickup is available at MANIcure.
